Living with Loss
Sat at the comfort of his kitchen table, Joe Bellman reflects candidly upon his own journey through grief and loss. Joe invites his guests to take part in a conversation that is difficult: to share their own stories and experiences – uncensored. At once gritty and intimate, joyous and uncomfortable, Living with Loss is an invitation to take a step towards deconstructing the stigma that surrounds vulnerability. It is a call to celebrate the emotions and experiences that make us feel most human.

In today's edition of the podcast, I sat down with the remarkable Suzie Aries.
Suzie is a communication support worker, Hockey player and singer. She was diagnosed with extremely rare and aggressive ovarian cancer in 2017.
Her initial prognosis gave her 2 years.
5 years on she is still dancing, singing and making killer crochet animals.
Despite her gruelling battle with cancer, Suzie carries herself with amazing positivity and an air of resilience.
She is a true warrior and a really funny woman.
